Changes or cancellations after booking confirmation are subject to rules and penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, or service providers. Vaya Travels will assist with modifications based on the provider’s terms but will not be liable for fees imposed by external parties.
Refund eligibility and amounts are determined by the provider’s policies (airlines, hotels, etc.). Vaya Travels will facilitate requests, but refunds are processed according to applicable provider rules and timelines.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaya Travels is not responsible for:
Losses or expenses caused by airline/operator changes, delays, cancellations, or refusals to provide services.
